Sports Performance is where every athlete at All In Academy builds their base. This comprehensive program develops the strength, speed, agility, power, and mental toughness that translates to every sport from youth athletes just starting their journey to senior-level competitors preparing for the next level.
WHAT YOU'LL ACCESS
Comprehensive Performance Training
Sports Performance provides everything your athlete needs to develop physically and mentally. Three training sessions per week, year-round programming designed by experts, and mental performance coaching that builds champions.
Build functional strength and explosive power through age-appropriate resistance training, Olympic lifting progressions, and movement quality focus. Athletes develop the physical foundation that supports speed, prevents injury, and translates to sport performance.
Develop elite acceleration, top-end speed, change of direction, and reactive agility through proven training progressions. Athletes learn proper running mechanics, improve first-step quickness, and gain the speed that creates separation in competition.
Work with licensed sports psychologist Sarah Green Falk to develop confidence, focus, pre-performance routines, and mental resilience. Athletes learn the same psychological skills used by elite performers to compete consistently under pressure.
Access periodized training that progresses throughout the year building general fitness in off-season, developing sport-specific qualities in pre-season, and maintaining performance in-season. Programming adapts to your athlete's sport calendar and individual needs.

Sports Performance serves athletes of all sports, ages, and skill levels. Whether your athlete plays multiple sports, specializes in one, or is just beginning their athletic journey, this program provides the foundational development they need to excel.
Youth Athletes (Ages 8-14):
Build proper movement patterns, develop athleticism across multiple qualities, and establish healthy training habits that last a lifetime.
High School Athletes:
Maximize athletic potential with focused strength and speed development, prepare for varsity competition, and build the resume for college recruitment.
Multi-Sport Athletes:
Develop general athletic qualities that translate across all sports while avoiding overuse injuries from sport-specific repetition.
Sport Specialists:
Create the physical foundation that supports sport-specific skill development and reduces injury risk during high-volume training.
HOW IT WORKS
Multiple Sessions Per Week,
Maximum Results
Sports Performance members train three times per week in small group settings that provide individualized attention within a team environment. Sessions are 60-90 minutes and follow a structured progression:
Warm-Up & Movement Prep (10-15 min):
Dynamic stretching, activation exercises, and movement quality work
Speed & Agility (20-25 min):
Sprint mechanics, acceleration development, change of direction, and reactive agility
Strength & Power (25-35 min): Resistance training, Olympic lifting progressions, and power development
Mental Performance (10-15 min):
Confidence building, visualization, pre-performance routines, and competition psychology
Programming is periodized throughout the year and adjusted based on each athlete's sport calendar, AIA Evaluation results, and individual goals.
