Dr. Jake Lavere brings unique credentials as a contributor to the development of the MLB-USA Baseball Prospect Development Pipeline evaluation system. His expertise in athlete assessment and data-driven training methodology ensures that every athlete at All In Academy receives the same caliber of evaluation used by professional baseball organizations.

As AIA Director, Dr. Lavere oversees all athlete assessments and works with our coaching staff to translate evaluation data into actionable training plans. His approach emphasizes using objective metrics to identify strengths, reveal opportunities for improvement, and track progress over time.Dr. Lavere's commitment to evidence-based training helps All In Academy deliver programming that's proven to work not just what feels right. Athletes and parents appreciate his ability to explain complex data in ways that make sense and drive meaningful development.

His coaching approach emphasizes fundamentals, work ethic, and the mental side of competition. He's coached athletes who've gone on to compete at the collegiate level across multiple sports, and he's passionate about helping young athletes discover their potential whether they're just starting out or refining advanced skills.

At All In Academy, JRO leads our Sports Performance program and works closely with athletes across all sports to build the foundational strength, speed, and mental toughness that translates to success in any arena.

Born and raised in Rockford, Illinois, I bring a lifelong commitment to football as both a player and coach. I began my playing career with the Northwest Community Center youth program (ages 813) before continuing at Rockford East High School, where I was a four-year varsity starter and earned All-Conference honors as a junior and senior.
I went on to play collegiate football at Wartburg College in Waverly, Iowa, competing as a defensive end. During my career, I was a three-year letter winner, a two-time All-Conference selection, and was honored as the first African American team captain in program history. Following college, I earned professional tryouts with the Chicago Bears (NFL) and the Edmonton Eskimos (CFL).
My coaching career began at Marian University in Indianapolis, where I served as the Defensive Line Coach. During my tenure, the program reached the NAIA National Championship game in 2014 and captured the NAIA National Title in 2015.
In 2016, I returned to Rockford to focus on player development at the youth level. I coached the Jr. Indians (8U), Rockton Rebels (12U), Rockford Renegades (12U), and Rockford Wolves (10U). Notably, the Rockton Rebels won State and Regional Championships and advanced to compete in the Pop Warner Super Bowl at Disney World.
Across all levels, my focus has remained on developing disciplined athletes, strong leaders, and competitive teams built on accountability, fundamentals, and long-term growth.
