At All In Academy, we expect relentless effort and unwavering commitment to help every athlete achieve their highest potential. Our inclusive environment welcomes individuals from youth athletes to seniors, with dedicated programs launching soon for all stages of life.
We will provide specialized sports clinics, such as football blocking, arm care, and expert coaching, designed to sharpen skills and elevate performance. Integral to our approach are mental health classes and character development, fostering growth both on and off the field.

Our team
Joel Beard
Owner, Football Development
Coach Beard is from Milwaukee, WI where he attended Homestead High School. He went on to attend UW-Platteville where he played basketball and football. He graduated from UW-Stout with B.A. in Psychology. He also a Masters' in Educational Leadership from American Intercontinental University in Schaumburg, IL.
After college, Coach Beard began his coaching career at the high school level and worked his way up to the FCS level. Currently, the offensive coordinator and quarterback coach for the 3-time National Champion College of DuPage, Coach Beard has had the opportunity to work with some of the great athletes in the game of football. Additionally, he served as a former High School Athletic Director, giving him a unique perspective on the development of young athletes. All of these experiences have led him to create 360 Premier Football Academy, where he aims to inspire and develop the next generation of football players.
Jerome "Jro" Bernardes
Owner, Baseball Development
With over 30 years of experience coaching a diverse range of sports - including tennis, football, soccer, wrestling, softball, and baseball - Jerome Bernardes is dedicated to developing athletes by unlocking their full potential and ensuring every moment is filled with purpose and enjoyment.

Jerome’s path has been shaped by lifelong relationships with world-class athletes and coaches, including Olympic gold medalists and professionals from MLB, NFL, and NBA. As an Ambassador for Champion Forward, founded by Ben Zobrist, he embodies a culture rooted in loyalty, grit, and authentic growth both on and off the field.

Jerome is actively partnering in the development of a transformative 10-acre sports complex that redefines athletic training. At its core lies a regulation-sized infield crafted for peak baseball performance, housed within a state-of-the-art 24,000 square foot facility. Surrounding this are premium turf fields, scenic walking trails, bocce courts, and sand volleyball arenas, creating an all-encompassing environment for skill, wellness, and community connection.
More than just physical development, Jerome prioritizes mental health partnerships with local agencies and clinics, weaving mental toughness and well-being into the fabric of every program.
