Dr. Jake Lavere
Director, Player Development Pipeline (PDP)
Dr. Jake graduated from the National University of Health Sciences Florida in 2014, where he founded the Sports Council program. His focus and passion lead him towards injury prevention and rehab in sports and movement. He provided triage and emergency care as doctor or medical director for over 200 sporting events ranging from 5k’s, USA Wrestling, Rowing World Championship, World Grand Prix Judo, World Cup and Olympic trial events. He has worked with multiple professional sports teams creating and implementing injury prevention protocols and developing tests for the MLB Combine and incorporating sports science into the USA baseball PDP program.


Sarah Greene-Falk, MA, MS, LCPC
Director, Sports and Performance Psychology
Sarah Greene-Falk, MA, MS, LCPC, is the founder of PsychEdge and a Sport and Performance Psychology Consultant passionate about helping athletes, performers, and professionals reach their full potential—on the field, on stage, and in life. With master’s degrees in both Counseling Psychology and Kinesiology specializing in Sport and Performance Psychology, Sarah blends science and empathy to teach evidence-based tools for focus, confidence, resilience, and emotional regulation. She has worked with Olympians, collegiate athletes, and executives nationwide, and serves on the Psychological Medical Team for the Chicago Marathon. Sarah’s dream is to make sport and performance psychology as common as coaching—integrated into teams, schools, and organizations everywhere—because these skills are truly for everyone.
